Subscription terms

• Current listed price is shown in-app before purchase and billed monthly through Apple.
• Billing is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Your plan auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends.
• You can manage or cancel any time in Apple account subscription settings.

Trial terms

If a free trial is offered, the trial length and conversion date are shown before checkout. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription renews automatically at the listed price.

No guarantee of results

Results vary by person. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including weight change, reduced cravings, or streak length.

Data storage

Streak and usage data may be stored on your device and in Firebase to support backup and account continuity.

Refunds

Payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple purchase history or Apple Support.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
